Scrum Values

Scrum is an empirical method where choices are derived through experience, experimentation, and observation. Scrum is built on three pillars: openness, investigation, and adaptation. This backs up the idea of iterative development. Empiricism can be compared to conducting small experiments, learning from the results, and modifying your approach as necessary.

Trust is one essential Scrum Team quality that connects all of the components. A Scrum Team that lacks trust will probably experience conflict and delays in completing tasks. Scrum Teams must also comply by the Scrum Values since they serve as a framework on how to operate and remain faithful. When working together, Scrum Team members must take into account the Scrum Values of Courage, Focus, Commitment, Respect, and Openness.
