User Acceptance

In Scrum, the user acceptance process involves multiple steps to ensure that the delivered product meets the requirements and expectations of the stakeholders and end-users. Here are some general steps for user acceptance in Scrum:

  1. Define Acceptance Criteria: The product owner works with the stakeholders to define clear and measurable acceptance criteria for each user story. Acceptance criteria outline the conditions that must be met for a user story to be considered complete and acceptable.

  2. Development and Testing: The development team works on implementing the selected user stories, following the acceptance criteria provided. They collaborate with the product owner to seek clarification and resolve any uncertainties during the development process. Also, the Scrum master should prepare the testing environment.

  3. Feedback and Evaluation: During the user acceptance, the stakeholders and users provide feedback on the delivered product increment. They evaluate whether it meets the defined acceptance criteria. Also, the feedback tool will be the Trello board.
